Common questions.

Do I need to be an Off Hours customer to apply?
No, though most agency partners use Off Hours for their own client work. You can apply regardless of whether you have an active account. If you'd like to evaluate the product first, your 14-day free trial is at off-hours.app/signup.
When do commissions get paid?
Monthly, within the first week of each calendar month for the prior month's commissions. Minimum $50 payout, anything under that rolls to the next month with no loss of earnings.
What happens if a referred client cancels?
Commission stops when the account goes inactive. There are no clawbacks on commission already paid. If a client churns and then re-subscribes later via your link, you earn again from that point forward.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No limit. Commission is flat at 20 percent regardless of volume, refer 1 client or 100, the rate is the same.
How does referral tracking work?
We give you a unique referral link. When someone signs up via your link, they're attributed to your partner account permanently. Attribution is cookie-based with a 90-day window, and we also track by email for cases where the cookie is cleared.
Can I refer clients who are already Off Hours users?
No, commission only applies to new accounts that sign up through your referral link. If a client is already using Off Hours, they can't be retroactively attributed to your account.
