Questions about the Agency plan

How does Agency pricing work?
$149 per month per Amazon Ads account. There is no cap on how many accounts you can add. If your agency manages 12 client accounts, you pay $149 per account per month. Annual billing gives a 15 percent discount across the board.
What is the difference between Pro and Agency?
Pro is designed for a single Amazon Ads account. Agency is for teams managing multiple brands or clients. Agency adds a centralized multi-account dashboard, unlimited team members, role-based access control, priority support, and partner program eligibility. Both plans include all four rule types, the AI rule builder, and weekly insights.
Can client accounts see each other?
No. Each Amazon Ads account is managed independently. Team members only see the accounts they have been granted access to. Clients with their own logins see only their own account.
Do I need an Agency plan to use the partner program?
Yes. The Agency Partner Program, which pays 20 percent recurring MRR on referred client accounts, requires an active Agency plan. The standard Referral Program (for non-agency customers) is available on any paid plan and pays $50 cash per converted referral.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All accounts start with a 14-day free trial with full access, including multi-account features if you connect more than one Amazon Ads account. No credit card required to start.
Can I switch from Pro to Agency later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Agency at any time from your account settings. All your existing rules, settings, and history carry over. Billing adjusts from your next cycle.
