Common questions.

Do I need to be an Off Hours customer to get a referral link?
You need to be on a paid Off Hours plan to earn referral credits, since payouts go to your Stripe account. If you're currently in a free trial you can still apply and we'll get your link ready for when you convert.
When exactly are credits applied?
Within 7 days of each calendar quarter end, March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31. Q1 earnings are paid in early April, Q2 in early July, and so on.
What if my credits exceed my bill?
Unpaid earnings roll forward. They never expire. If you refer four people in a quarter but your bill is only $149, the remaining $51 carries to Q2 and stacks with anything new you earn.
What counts as a converted referral?
A referral converts when someone signs up through your unique link and upgrades to a paid Off Hours plan. Free trial signups do not count, only paid conversions earn credit.
Can I refer someone who already has an Off Hours account?
No, referral credits only apply to new accounts that sign up for the first time through your link. Existing Off Hours customers cannot be retroactively attributed.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No limit at all. Refer as many people as you want. Every qualifying conversion earns $50, every quarter, with no cap.
